These bins are not bear-proof containers.
While they help protect against smaller wildlife such as mice, raccoons, and rodents, we strongly recommend storing garbage in a shed, garage, or secure area until pickup day whenever possible.
For best results, place bins out the morning of pickup or as close to pickup time as possible to reduce wildlife activity.
